No. Billing v1 is admin-assigned only. Use Book a demo, Contact, or Log in — never a self-serve purchase flow on this site.
They are separate products on the same pricing page — use the tabs to switch. In-App Chat covers widget, inbox, AI, and in-app campaigns. WhatsApp covers WABA inbox, templates, campaigns, Flows, and WhatsApp AI. Each tab includes a Custom add-on for contact-for-pricing packages.
Commercial pricing and detailed limits are not listed for self-serve purchase on either product. Book a demo or contact us — Engagive admins assign the right AppChat and/or WhatsApp plan for your volume.
No. Meta may charge for WhatsApp conversation categories. Engagive plans cover the Engagive platform (inbox, campaigns, Flows, AI bindings, API access, etc.).
Outside the customer care window you send Meta-approved templates. Inside an open session you can continue with session messages. Campaigns typically use templates for outreach.
Meta WhatsApp Flows are interactive screens inside WhatsApp. Engagive Automations is our visual workflow builder (expanding in beta). They are different products.
